KATHMANDU, March 29: Security measures in Kathmandu Valley have been strengthened following a violent protest by supporters of the former king in Tinkune, Kathmandu, on Friday.
A meeting of the Central Working Committee on Wednesday decided to hold the convention from October 2 to 5, promptly making the timetable public.
