The team was received by Acting Ambassador of Nepal to UK, Tej Bahadur Chhetri, Third Secretary Babukaji Dongol and representatives of British Group Inter-parliamentary Union (BGIPU) upon arrival at Heathrow Airport.
The seven-member team, which is in London on an invitation of BGIPU, will participate in different functions to be organized by British Parliament from April 18 to 23.
The team members are Speaker Gharti, Nepali Congress (NC) Chief Whip Chinkaji Shrestha, UML Chief Whip Bhanubhakta Dhakal, UCPN (Maoist) Chief Whip Hitraj Pandey, RPP-Nepal Chief Whip Dilnath Giri, and General Secretary at Parliament Secretariat, Manohar Bhattarai and Secretary at Parliament Secretariat, Mukunda Ghimire.
