Over 10.4 million PR votes counted as RSP crosses 5 million

According to the Election Commission, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has secured 5,011,891 votes, followed by the Nepali Congress with 1,694,884 votes.

KATHMANDU, March 10: A total of 10,438,750 votes have been counted so far under the proportional representation (PR) system of the House of Representatives election. Around 500,000 votes are yet to be counted.



According to the Election Commission, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has secured 5,011,891 votes, followed by the Nepali Congress with 1,694,884 votes.

Similarly, the CPN-UML has received 1,412,853 votes, while the Nepali Communist Party has obtained 767,999 votes.


The Shram Sanskriti Party has secured 358,467 votes, while the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has received 325,324 votes.
