LAHAN, March 27: One person was killed when a tractor met with an accident at Govindapur of Siraha this morning. The deceased has been identified as Opin Sada, 20, of Dandatole of Govindapur-8.
He died on the spot when a tractor with the registration number plate, Sa 1 Ta 3057, hit him.
