Four proposals each related to financial, political, and organizational affairs and party statute amendment have been presented at the meet for deliberation. [break]
Part Vice-President Ram Chandra Paudel has presented the political document, General Secretary Prakash Man Singh the organizational document, another General Secretary Krishna Prasad Sitaula the statute amendment proposal and Treasurer Chitra Lekha Yadav the financial report.
The four-day meet kicked off on Monday.
