Man held with explosive in Jhapa

JHAPA, Sept 14: The Armed Police Force (APF) arrested a man with huge a cache of explosives here in the district Thursday night.



Narad Rai of Khotang was nabbed with 140 pieces of detonators and 30 pieces of gelatin at Jorsimal of Mechinagar-12 at 1 am. [break]



According to Ram Hari Adhikari, a deputy superintendent of police (DSP) at Kakadbhitta-based APF office, Rai was held as police found him in possession of the explosives during security check.
