PARBAT, Feb 12: Raju Pariyar, 43, of Baglung Municipality-6, who is currently residing at Damdarekhola in Kushma Bazar has killed his wife Sita Pariyar, 41 on Friday morning.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shivaraj Budhathoki at District Police Office, Parbat, Pariyar killed his wife at around 10AM on Friday. He said that there were bruises on the deceased woman’s body along with the mark of a sharp weapon on her head.

Police have taken Pariyar under control along with sickle from the murder spot. It has been found that they used to have frequent quarrels. They used to come to the community service center and the women and children's service center and return home after reconciliation.
According to Police Inspector Pradip Poudel at the District Police Office, Parbat, it was found that Raju Pariyar had consumed alcohol during the health check-up on Friday morning.
The deceased has a son and a daughter. But both children are not with them. A relative had lodged a complaint against Pariyar on Friday evening and the body of the deceased will be handed over to Sita’s relatives today, police said.
