KATHMANDU, Jan 28: The Pokhara High Court has ordered a detailed report on the Suryadarshan Cooperative fraud case after Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chairman Rabi Lamichhane filed an appeal.

On Tuesday, a bench of Pokhara High Court Judge Milan Kumar Rai sought a detailed report of the case from the Kaski District Court.

A bench of Kaski District Court Judge Nitij Rai had earlier ordered Lamichhane to be released on a bail of Rs 6.5 million on January 9 in the Suryadarshan Cooperative fraud case.

Lamichhane filed an appeal in the Pokhara High Court on Monday demanding the cancellation of the Rs 6.5 million bail granted by the Kaski District Court.
