Fresh aftershock of 4.9 magnitude recorded in Gorkha district

KATHMANDU, Aug 10: A 4.9 magnitude earthquake has jolted the Gorkha district at 4:15 am on Monday.

According to the National Seismological Centre, the quake was recorded with its epicentre at Baluwa in Sindhupalchowk district.

A total of 370 plus aftershocks of above four and four plus on the Richter scale were recorded so far following April 25 'Gorkha Earthquake', according to the Centre. RSS
