They have refused to vacate the house bought by Deepa and Om Thapa in Birtatnager-12 from Khamansingh Bohora a few days ago. The former owner Bohora himself was victimized by the same people. [break]
"They had rented the lower flat of the house three years ago for Rs 1000 per month," said Bohora, "however, they never paid the rent for the last two years," he said.
Miya even went on to kidnap Bohora demanding Rs 1 million after the latter sold the house.
The Thapa couple have filed a complaint against them at District Administration.
They countered by filing a case against the couple complaining instead that they were being forced to vacate the house. However, their appeal was dismissed by the Biratnagar Appellate Court.
