FNJ organizes rally to protest police excess

JANAKPURDHAM, March 23: Federation of Nepali Journalists organized a rally on Tuesday to protest police excess against media persons, who were collecting news during locals’ demonstration of a rape case in Janakpur.



The protest rally was concluded after it reached at Janak Chowk beginning from Bhanu Chowk.



Similarly, Locals closed Janakpur bazaar for the fourth consecutive day today demanding action against sub-inspector Baburam Jha for his alleged involvement raping a newly wed bride.
