“We have live music 5 days a week but this time we wanted to give our guests a different taste,” said F&B Executive of Radisson Hotel, Yadav Prasad Pandey. “I had heard Sigdel on television and was really impressed.

His voice quality is excellent,” complimented Pandey. Sigdel is an upcoming personality in the ghazal arena of Nepal.

“There are a few beautiful moments in a person’s life and signing here tonight is one of them for me,” said Sigdel who is in the sixth year of studying classical music at Sri Sangeet Bidhyalaya, Kalikasthan. Sigdel began the evening with his rendition of Narayan Gopal’s ‘Yesaigari bitaidinchu dui din ko jindagi’.

The playlist for the show included the singer’s own songs such as ‘Oo jitera gai harera gai’ as well as other ghazals by Narayan Gopal, Gulam Ali and Mehendi Hasan.
