Chairman Regmi enquired with Chairman Dahal on the methods to be adopted to make the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) free and fair by bringing the dissenting parties and groups into consensus. [break]
In response, Dahal said that the High-Level Political Committee has been holding discussions on the issues.
