Boy killed for stealing Rs 10

KATHMANDU, Sept 21: The death of a nine-year-old boy who was found hanging from a window sill on September 12 has turned out to be murder committed by a teenager, police said Monday.



According to police, Kishor KC, 18, confessed to police that he had hanged Abhishek Gurung with a sleeve of the shirt after he believed the boy died because of his slapping. He had assaulted the boy after finding that the latter had stolen Rs 10 from the former´s shop.
