KATHMANDU, Nov 30: The government on Tuesday evening registered a seven-point constitution amendment bill at the parliament secretariat, proposing, among other things, to take all the hill districts out from Province 5.

KATHMANDU, Nov 30: The Commission for the Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed corruption cases at the Special Court against former village development secretaries of Allau VDC in Parsa. In its charge sheet, the CIAA has accused for VDC secretaries Rameshwar Prasad Sah and Manoj Kumar Sah of embezzling social security allowances provided by the government.
