PM Oli calls Modi to congratulate on election victory

KATHMANDU, May 22: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called and congratulated Narendra Modi for his party's landslide victory in the General Elections 2019.

KATHMANDU, May 22: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called and congratulated Narendra Modi for his party's landslide victory in the General Elections 2019.


PM Oli took to Twitter to inform that he has called Modi and congratulated him for the landslide victory of NDA in the general elections 2019. He stated that he and his Indian counterpart exchanged views on further strengthening Nepal-India ties.

Earlier PM Oli took to Twitter to congratulate Modi saying that he was looking forward to work closely together with his Indian counterpart.


Modi led NDA has claimed the landslide victory in the Indian general election 2019. According to the latest result, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party alone has surpassed 300 seats whereas the alliance has reached 346 seats.
