KATHMANDU, Feb 8: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has rolled out the second phase of vaccination drive against COVID-19 from today.

The swab sample has been sent to the National Forensic Science Laboratory for investigation, said Janak Dhami, the spokesman for the District Police Office, Baitadi.
