KATHMANDU, Jan 21: While arguing that this is not an effective method to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, transport entrepreneurs have asked the District Administration Offices (DAOs) of Kathmandu Valley to revoke their earlier decision to implement the odd-even rule for public vehicles.
