Indian national found dead in hotel in Phungling

TAPLEJUNG, Jan 13: An Indian national has been found dead in a hotel in Phungling, Taplejung district. He is said to be a worker of the hotel.

KATHMANDU, Jan 13: The Ministry of Home Affairs has revoked the temporary and permanent passes and temporary identity cards of all except those belonging to sanitation workers to restrict entry of people visiting the Singha Durbar– government’s principal secretariat– without any urgent tasks. The ministry said in a statement issued on Wednesday that the passes issued by all ministries, agencies, secretariats, commissions and various offices have been revoked, citing the risk of COVID-19 infection.

With this, traffic rules violation fines can be paid from Prabhu-Pay kiosk machines at 309 places in the Kathmandu Valley, including the Traffic Division.
