Minister Poudel directs Exam Controller Office to publish results

KATHMANDU, Jan 25: Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Devendra Poudel has directed the Office of the Controller of Examinations under Tribhuvan University (TU) to publish the results of the past exams without any further delay.

KATHMANDU, Jan 25: The weather is partly to generally cloudy throughout the country due to the partial influence of the westerly low pressure system, the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) said. The division has urged the people to be safe from cold and adopt the necessary protection and precautions as there is a possibility of light rain at a few places of the hilly region and light snowfall at some places of the high hilly and mountainous regions of the country.

BARA, Jan 25: Two people were killed and 14 others were injured when a chariot carrying a bridegroom overturned at Adarsh Kotwal-3 Batara Tol on Monday night. According to Bara Police, the incident took place when the chariot used by Shri Ram Mahara, son of Laxman Mahara Chamar of Batra, overturned.

KATHMANDU, Jan 25: An additional four million doses of Moderna vaccine are arriving in Nepal from the United States. Of these, 1.6 million doses were delivered on Monday night and the remaining 2.34 million doses are being delivered to Nepal on Tuesday morning, according to the Logistics Management Section under the Department of Health Services(DHS).
