KATHMANDU, Nov 8: The country is currently experiencing the partial influence of westerly winds, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.
The Himalayan and Hilly regions are expected to see partly cloudy skies, while weather conditions will remain mostly fair in the Terai.

Light rain or snowfall is possible at one or two places in the Himalayan and Hilly regions of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces, as well as in the Himalayan regions of Koshi and Bagmati provinces.
