Pradip Kumar Shrestha, Managing Director of Panchakanya Group, who’s also the husband of lyricist Shrestha, addressed the guests during the event and expressed his happiness in being able to help his wife bring out her talent for the world to see. “Business kept me too busy to offer her any support despite being aware of her talents. Commenting that lyricist Shrestha’s songs were impressive, Actor Rajesh Hamal said, “When I heard her songs for the very first time, I immediately found the songs very melodious. I see a lot of potential in her as a lyricist.”
Actor Hamal and Actress Karishma Manandhar have been featured in the music video of one of the songs from Ushaka Kiranharu.
“I had always wanted the words I’ve written to not get limited in paper. Now that the music has rightly complemented them, my dream has finally come true,” said lyricist Shrestha.
Her album is a compilation of six songs whose music has been composed by Deepak Sharma while the songs have been sung by various artists such as Mandavi Tripathi, Swaroop Raj Acharya, Milan Amatya, Satya Raj Acharya, Rajesh Payal Rai and Pramod Kharel.
