Police will lock horns with Army while Sagar Sports will meet Western Railway in the semifinals to be played on Tuesday.
In the league round matches played on Monday, Western Railway edged past Army 25-22, 25-17, 22-25, 25-11. Sandip Singh of the winning team was declared the man-of-the-match.
In another match, Police crushed Ranabir Singh Club of Punjab 25-12, 25-14, 25-11 in straight sets. Chandra Kunwar of Police was adjudged the man-of-the-match.
In another league match of the day, APF defeated Western Railway in five sets but failed to qualify for the knockout stage. APF beat the visiting side 25-19, 19-25, 25-21, 22-25, 15-13. Kailash Bhatta of APF won the man-of-the-match award.
