Two held with 33 kg hashish

NEPALGUNJ, Nov 24: The Special Investigation Team of the Regional Police Office, Surkhet, arrested two persons with 33 kg hashish in Salyan district.

According to Deputy Inspector General of Police, Parbati Thapa, police seized the hashish from Lila Bahadur Basnet, 39, of Bame of Salyan and Dhan Bahadur Shahi, 33, of Kortang of Jajarkot district. [break]

Meanwhile, Indian Seema Suraksha Bal (SSB) held Indian national Pawankanta Sharma with 3 kg of hashish from Rupaidiha, an Indian market in Nepal-India border near Banke district.
