Nine-month-old Kishore Poudel died when a passenger bus of registration number Na 4 Kha 449 collided with a stationary truck of registration number Na 2 Kha 9215 at Uchanimbu of Satbariya on the East-West Highway.
Four others were seriously injured in the accident. Those injured are Sandhya Poudel, Dil Devi Rijal and Rasali Surki Chand of Mahendranagar-6 and Parbat Kiran Koirala of Lalitpur, according to District Police Office.
Those injured are being treated in Butwal.
Similarly, Yam Bahadur Shah, 15, died after falling off the roof of a bus of registration number Ra 1 Kha 77. He fell on Wednesday and died on Thursday during treatment.
