Two dead in truck hit

CHITWAN, Aug 4: Less than 24 hours after four people died after being hit by a truck, two more died on Tuesday night after being hit by another truck (Na 3 Kha 9504) along the Parsauni section of the East-West Highway in Nawalparasi.



Dol Raj Adhikari, 24, and Purushottam Dhakal, 25, of Nawalparasi, who were traveling on a motorcycle (Lu 1 Pa 9557), died on the spot, according to Area Police Office, Kawasoti.



Police have detained the truck and its driver.
