KATHMANDU, March 10: A designers’ training for engineers with sustainable housing as its theme, and organized by the government, UN-Habitat, Lalitpur Sub-metropolitan City, and the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction, is being conducted.

The event was inaugurated by the Minister for Urban Development Narayan Khadka on Sunday. The five-day training, participated by 30 engineers, aims at making engineers aware of environment-friendly, healthy and earthquake resistant homes.
