Thompson meets CoAS Rana

KATHMANDU, Aug 6:Visiting Foreign and Commonwealth Office Director Giles Thompson, who oversees South Asian Affairs, called on Chief of Army Staff Gaurav Shumsher Jung Bahadur Rana at Shree Military Command and Staff Collage, Shivpuri, Kathmandu on Tuesday.



According to Nepal Army´s Directorate of Public Relations (DoPR), the meeting of Rana and Thomson was focused on bilateral relations of Nepal and United Kingdom. British Ambassador to Nepal Andrew James Sparkes was also present during the meeting.
