The British College Nagarik Edu Fair starting today

KATHMANDU, July 10: The British College Nagarik Edu Fair ’13, a three-day educational fair, aimed at informing and counseling students regarding Nepali and foreign educational institutions, starts today inside the Exhibition Hall at Bhrikuti Mandap (Exhibition Road) in Kathmandu.



Organized by the Nepal Republic Media Pvt Ltd in association with Array International Pvt Ltd, The British College of Thapathali is the title sponsor of the fair.



Narendra Kandel, Academic Director of The British College, said, “Earlier, educational fairs used to be solely aimed at disseminating information on various colleges and educational institutions. But this fair is mostly focused on career counseling.”



According to him, the fair is aimed at students who are SLC graduates and above seeking higher education in Nepal or abroad.



“Since more and more students are attracted to studying abroad, we’ve brought together several recognized international universities and colleges under one roof so that they can find information on everything they have wanted to know,” he further claimed.

The fair is scheduled to end on Saturday, July 13.
