New Diamond, Dhankuta in final
KATHMANDU: New Diamond Academy and Dhankuta District Sports Development Committee will lock horns in the final of the First Chandeshwari Cup Open Volleyball Tournament. In the semifinal match played on Saturday, New Diamond thrashed Chandeshwari Yuwa Club 25-9, 25-7, 25-6.
In another semifinal, Dhankuta overcame Gokul Ganga Higher Secondary School 25-11, 25-5, 22-25, 25-11. The match for the third position was halted due to poor light.
