Bharat Budhathoki has been appointed as acting chairman of the district committee in Kathayat´s place. “Rati Man Bista has been selected as FPTP candidate and Dhan Baghadur Thapa as PR candidate. I feel that I have been sidelined by the party,” added Kathayat.
Meanwhile, issuing a press statement, Biadya led-CPN-Maoist has urged all the political parties not to contest the polls from any constituencies of Jumla district. “We are planning to disrupt the poll process,” read the statement.
The statement further reads that their party will create hurdles in the polls.
