“There have been differences between NC and the Maoist party regarding the rank harmonization,” he said, adding, “The rank harmonization should be done according to the standard norms.” [break]
Speaking at a function in Morang Koirala said NC supports integration of the combatants on the basis of individual eligibilty.
He also stressed that the conflict victims too should be provided relief just like the PLA combatants are to receive.
