Issuing a notice the District Administration Office (DAO) under the ministry said on Monday that the government prohibited rallies and mass meets in the areas from Police Hospital to Kanti Children´s Hospital, east of the President’s Office Shital Niwas.
The notice said the ministry also prohibited such activities in the areas from the army headquarters to Bhadrakali temple and surrounding areas.
