Priority to constitution than development: Khanal

ILAM, Nov 3: Chairman of the CPN-UML and election candidate from Constituency No 1 in the district, Jhalanath Khanal, has said constitution writing would be more prioritized than developments after the Constituent Assembly election.



Addressing an election gathering at Shreeantu VDC of the district here on Sunday, Chairman Khanal argued that if the CPN-UML would emerge the largest party, it would write constitution within a year.[break]



According to him, the CPN-UML was such a party that accommodates the aspiration of ethnicities, religions, and cultures.
