Prime Life, CDSCL sign dematerialization pact

KATHMANDU, June 19: Prime Life Insurance and Central Depository System and Clearing Limited (CDSCL) on Tuesday signed an agreement on dematerialization of stocks of the life insurance company. [break]



The agreement was signed by Prime Life CEO Resta Jha and CDSCL CEO Subodh Sharma Sigdel, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.
