Likewise, Vice-president Parmananda Jha has also extended best wishes to all Nepali brothers and sisters living inside and outside the country on the occasion of Dipawali and Chhath festival.
Stating that the constitution is the most awaited subject as a national need and priority as per the people´s aspiration, he said that may the brightness of Deepawali put an end to the political impasse in the constitution-making process, and thereby bring peace, happiness and prosperity to all the Nepalis.
