KATHMANDU, April 17: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav hosted a tea reception at his office Friday for top leaders of all the 24 parties represented in the Constituent Assembly. Vice-president Paramananda Jha, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Nepli Congress President Girija Prasad Koirala, CPN-UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal, ministers and leaders of other parties attended the tea party. Speaking at the reception, President Yadav suggested the parties to go united until a new constitution is drafted.
