Krishna Nepali, 33, of Sarlahi was arrested by the traffic police in Simaldhara, Mungling, during a security check.
Nepali had robbed Binod Sah of Betiya, India, while he was returning to Birgunj from Kathmandu: Nepali had first got Sah inebriated by giving him doctored food before he robbed him. Nepali was arrested with IRs 2,900 that he had looted from Sah.
