The dead has been identified as Bholai Sah (40) of Majhaura-8.
Sah´s neighbor Biltu Yadav had an altercation with him after his nephew Manik Lal Sah (10) defecated in Yadav´s paddy field. The dispute later took an ugly turn.
In a fit of rage, both the sides attacked each other. Police said wood planks, sticks and swords were used in the attack.
Police have arrested nine people in this connection.
Meanwhile, Nurnath Thapaliya killed his own brother at a remote place in Dhading district.
Nurnath with the help of this mother Maiya Thapaliya murdered his brother Raju Amar (28) at Parewatar of Kapur VDC-3. Both the son and the mother were arrested and are under investigation.
Police said Nurnath during preliminary investigation has admitted that he killed his brother over a household dispute.
