One killed, 12 injured in accident

KAPILVASTU, June 13: One person was killed and 12 others were injured when a jeep carrying a wedding party overturned at Kajarhawa of Kapilvastu district on Saturday afternoon. The bus was heading toward India.

The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Munsi Maulana, a resident of Maharajgubnj-7.

Among the injured, Ilaquat Musalman, Jokhan Teli and Jabbar Musalman are in critical condition, according to police. They are receiving treatment at Bhairahawa Medical College.
