The arrested is Lekhnath Prasad Yadav, 28 from Itari Prasahi in Siraha. It is learnt that arrested Yadav was riding a motorbike from Jayanagar in India to Siraha with a 9mm automatic pistol loaded with seven round of bullets shared Mahesh Shrestha, Superintendent of Police at APF Border Security Force Office.
Police have seized Yadav's mobile, motorcycle and some cash he was carrying along.
Arrested Yadav has been handed over to the Nepal Police for the further investigation, police said.
Earlier on Tuesday, police had arrested two persons at Inarawa on Tuesday with country-made pistol and four bullets for it. RSS
