KATHMANDU, March 7: One person has been arrested on charges of raping a teenager. Shiva Prasad Tharu, 23, of Gulariya Municipality-1, Bardiya, has been arrested on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl. Police arrested him on Thursday evening.
