DANG, April 2: The UCPN (Maoist) former politburo member Hemanta Prakash Oli has announced the formation of a new party accusing the Maoist leadership of reversing from the agenda of revolution.

Organizing a press meet at Ghorahi of Dang Saturday, Oli who announced his separation from the UCPN (M) earlier, argued that he was compelled to announce the formation of a new party to head the revolutionary forces as the UCPN (M) deceived them by leaving the agenda of revolution in the middle.

He declared the formation of a new party called Communist Nucleus Center Nepal with an 11-member central committee. The committee comprises Bikash Sharma, Dr Rhishiraj Baral, Ramesh Pun, Bimarsha Sharma, Sher Kumar Khadka, Mana Prasad Shrestha, Tirtha Oli and Dhan Bahadur Oli.

The party was formed as per the decision of a gathering of some leaders of the UCPN (M) and former PLA commanders that concluded recently in Dang. RSS
