NTV, Image in Media Cup final

KATHMANDU, June 23: Last edition´s finalists Image Channel and Nepal Television (NTV) will renew their rivalry in the final of Sixth Virgin Media Cup as they won their respective semifinal matches on Sunday at the Buddhi Bikash ground, Lagankhel. Image thumped TTV 5-0 with four goals from man-of-the-match Pujan Shrestha.

Prakash Maharjan added another. Similarly, defending champion NTV defeated Karabor daily 3-1. Prajwal Shakya scored a hat-trick for NTV. Arun Thapa Magar scored a consolation goal for Karobar. Shakya was declared the man-of-the-match. The final will be played at the Dasharath Stadium on Tuesday.
