NSET conducts masonry training

KATHMANDU, Aug 27: The National Society for Earthquake Technology (NSET) has given earthquake-resistant construction training to 55 masons in Charikot, Dolakha district.

Issuing a press statement on Thursday, NSET informed that 55 masons were the first among over 5,000 masons who will be given similar training in future.

The organization, which organized the training with support from USAID, maintained that the training was imparted to address the shortage of skilled construction workers in the market.
