No decision without consensus:UML

KATHMANDU, APRIL 26: The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) has decided that the issue of the army chief should be settled on consensus among political parties. The meeting of the party´s Standing Committee  decided to move ahead on the issue only after consensus at least among Maoists, Nepali COngress and UML, according to our correspondent Thira Lal Bhusal.
