No alternative to current govt

KATHMANDU, July 7: Nepali Congress General Secretary Krishna Prasad Sitaula has said that Constituent Assembly (CA) election could not be held till four years if alternative to the election government was searched.[break]



At an interaction here today, Sitaula said this government has not other option to holding the CA election.



"The government and Election Commission should prepare to hold the election in peaceful and democratic manner," Sitaula added.



The NC General Secretary also urged the dissenting political parties including the CPN-Maoist to come for talks adding that no political party should obstruct the timely CA election.
