KATHMANDU, May 1: The General Federation of Nepalese Trade Unions (GEFONT) has organized a rally on the occasion of the 136th May Day (International Workers' Day) 2082.
The rally, which started from Bhrikuti Mandap on Thursday, passed through Sundhara and Ratnapark before concluding back at Bhrikuti Mandap in a mass gathering.
May 1 is celebrated every year as a day to ensure professional dignity, respect, and the establishment of workers' rights.
