KATHMANDU, Oct 21: Nepal will compete against the Maldives today in the SAFF Women's Championship football. The match between the two teams will take place at Dashrath Stadium in Tripureshwor at 5:30 PM.
Both teams in Group B have already played one match each. Nepal was held to a goalless draw against Bhutan in their first match, while the Maldives were defeated 1-0 by Sri Lanka.
Nepal currently has 1 point in the group, while the Maldives are yet to score. Nepal faces pressure to secure a win today to advance to the semifinals. In the same group, Bhutan and Sri Lanka will also compete on Monday afternoon at 1:30 PM.
