"The high-level political mechanism should be immediately formed as that can be instrumental in lessening the widening differences among the major political parties," he said at a function in Ilam on Wednesday. Nembang urged the major political parties to stand united until the new constitution is promulgated.
"Stand united until the new constitution is written. This is the remedy of the problems," he said.
Stating that obstruction in the parliament is not in favor of anyone, Nembang requested the parties not to promote the practice as a culture in the country´s parliamentary system. "The country can´t run once the system stops to function," he said, adding that the practice would ultimately weaken the people.
