Inaugurating the Fourth National Convention of the Free Students´ Union Council on the occasion of the 15th Memorial Day of Ganeshman Singh here today, leader Deuba said there is no alternative to reinstating the CA even if it is for only 15 days. The amendment of the constitution and fresh elections are not possible without reinstating the CA, he added.
None of the parties are in any position of lingering to pass their agendas, said former Prime Minister Deuba. They have no alternative to high level consensus, collaboration, and coordination, he added.
During the programme, senior leader Deuba feted Council´s former Presidents Badri Pandey, Bishnu Panthi, Kishor Singh Rathour and Ram Krishna Kandel.
The Free Students´ Union Presidents elected from Nepal Students Union have been participating in the two-day long conference. The conference would also hold discussions on academic calendar, students´ rights, and upcoming FSU elections.
